Government Compliance (DOT / Attorney General)

Federal: The Anolik Law Corporation handles Department of Transportation (DOT) complaints against agents, operators and carriers for alleged violations of the Federal Full Fare Advertising Rule (49 U.S.C. 41712).  This law regulates the advertising of airfares to consumers and requires very specific disclosure of all costs, surcharges and taxes.

State: We handle complaints by state Attorneys General and District Attorney's offices on a wide ranges of issues from seller of travel violations to consumer protection.
